Sound Bath and Reiki with Stephanie Kemp

Come and connect with us once a month for an experience that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed!

Together we will meditate, receive and heal. After settling into the space, each session begins with a heart opening meditation. Then Stephanie will take you on a sound journey with her crystal bowls, chimes, gong and shamanic drum, carrying you to great heights of healing and ultimate relaxation. During this heightened state of tranquility, I will give each participant 10 to 15 minutes of personalized Reiki, focusing on aligning the charkas and releasing stuck energy. There will be a closing sangha while sipping sacred Panamanian cacao. Sharing is always optional.
